If you are searching for wen 20v max 15 inch cordless brushless lawn mower alternatives, you may want a different cutting width or voltage. The original WEN model offers a 15-inch deck and 20V power source with a brushless motor. It handles lawns up to 6,500 square feet on a single charge. The 5.0 Ah battery provides consistent power and fits into the WEN ecosystem. However, you might need a more compact unit for tight spaces or a higher voltage for thicker grass.
We selected these 6 alternatives because their specifications overlap with the original mower. Several options feature similar 5.0 Ah batteries and brushless motors. Others offer slightly different deck sizes, such as 14-inch or 16.5-inch widths. Some models use 40V systems for increased runtime. Each choice targets small yards but varies in weight, storage dimensions, and drive type. You can compare these specs to find the best fit for your lawn size and storage constraints.
Our top pick: WEN 15-Inch 20V Brushless Lawn Mower.
Comparing 6 alternative mower specs
LiTHELi 14.5" Brushless Cordless Mower
The LiTHELi 14.5-inch model shares the 20V brushless architecture and 5.0Ah battery capacity found in the WEN. It cuts a slightly narrower 14.5-inch path, which reduces coverage per pass but aids maneuverability in tight spaces. This unit targets users with small lawns under 2,800 square feet. You give up the WEN’s wider 15-inch deck and its onboard LED charge gauge. The LiTHELi design prioritizes a compact footprint for easy storage. It is a solid choice if you prefer a lighter, narrower machine for modest yard sizes where the extra width of the WEN is unnecessary.
Litheli 14-Inch Brushless Cordless Mower
This Litheli variant offers a 14-inch cutting width, which is one inch narrower than the WEN’s 15-inch deck. It also uses a 20V brushless motor and a 5.0Ah battery, keeping the power system familiar. The primary difference is the focus on lightweight handling and compact storage. It is best suited for small lawns under 3,000 square feet. You trade some cutting efficiency for easier transport and storage. The WEN provides a wider swath for faster mowing on larger patches of grass. Choose this Litheli model if your yard is small and you value a lighter push mower that fits easily in a garage or shed.
Litheli 14-Inch Brushless Push Mower
The Litheli 14-inch brushless push mower matches the WEN in motor type and battery capacity but offers a narrower 14-inch cutting width. It is designed for quiet operation and compact storage in small yards. You lose the wider 15-inch deck of the WEN, which means more passes are needed to cover the same area. This model is ideal for users who prioritize low noise and easy handling over raw cutting width. The WEN is better for those who want to cover ground faster. Select this Litheli option if you have a small yard and need a quiet, versatile battery system with a smaller physical footprint.
LiTHELi 14-Inch Cordless Brushless Push Mower
This Litheli 14-inch mower provides a 14-inch cutting width, which is narrower than the WEN’s 15-inch deck. It shares the 20V brushless motor and 5.0Ah battery specifications. The focus is on maneuverability and quiet operation for small yards under 2,800 square feet. You give up the wider cutting path of the WEN, which may require more time to mow larger areas. This model is suited for users who value compact storage and ease of use. The WEN is preferable for slightly larger lawns where the extra width saves time. Pick this Litheli mower if your priority is a lightweight, quiet machine for tight spaces.
Litheli 16.5-Inch Brushless Cordless Mower
The Litheli 16.5-inch model offers a wider 16.5-inch cutting deck, which is 1.5 inches wider than the WEN’s 15-inch deck. This allows for faster coverage of small yards. It also uses a 20V brushless motor and 5.0Ah battery, maintaining compatibility with similar power systems. You gain a broader cut but may face different storage dimensions due to the wider frame. This mower is ideal for users who want a wider path without stepping up to 40V systems. The WEN is better for those who prefer a more standard width. Choose this Litheli model if you want to reduce the number of passes needed on small lawns.
NBKXDEL 14-Inch 40V Cordless Push Mower
The NBKXDEL 14-inch mower steps up to a 40V system, doubling the voltage of the WEN’s 20V platform. It retains a 5.0Ah battery capacity and a brushless motor. The cutting width is 14 inches, which is one inch narrower than the WEN. This higher voltage may offer more power for thicker grass. You trade the wider 15-inch deck of the WEN for potentially greater torque and runtime efficiency. This model is best for small yards under 5,000 square feet where quiet, efficient cutting is key. Select this NBKXDEL mower if you need more power than 20V provides and can accept a narrower cutting path.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a 40V battery with these 20V mowers?
No. The WEN and LiTHELi models listed here are designed for 20V batteries. The NBKXDEL model uses a 40V system. You must match the battery voltage to the mower's requirement. Mixing voltages can damage the motor or prevent the tool from starting. Always check the voltage specification before purchasing a battery.
Which alternative has the widest cutting path?
The LiTHELi 16.5-Inch Brushless Cordless Mower offers the widest path at 16.5 inches. This is wider than the original WEN 15-inch model and the other LiTHELi options. A wider deck covers more ground per pass. It suits users who want faster mowing times without increasing the voltage of their system.
Do these mowers have self-propelled drive systems?
The LiTHELi 14-Inch Brushless Push Mower is explicitly listed as a push model. The WEN 15-Inch model does not list a drive type, implying it is also push-only. The NBKXDEL is also a push mower. You will need to push these units manually. Self-propelled features are not mentioned in the available specifications.
Which model is the lightest option?
The NBKXDEL 14-Inch 40V Cordless Push Mower weighs 24.5 pounds. This is lighter than the WEN 15-Inch model, which weighs 32.8 pounds. The LiTHELi models do not list a weight. The NBKXDEL is the best choice if you prioritize low weight for easy handling and storage.
Are all these mowers brushless?
Yes. Every model in this list features a brushless motor. This includes the WEN 15-Inch, all LiTHELi variants, and the NBKXDEL 40V model. Brushless motors offer longer life and better efficiency. You do not need to replace brushes, which reduces long-term maintenance.
Which mower is best for very small lawns?
The LiTHELi 14.5-Inch Brushless Cordless Mower is ideal for lawns under 2,800 square feet. The LiTHELi 14-Inch models also target small yards under 3,000 square feet. These compact units offer maneuverability in tight spaces. They are suitable if you do not need the wider coverage of the 15-inch or 16.5-inch decks.
Do the LiTHELi mowers share the same battery capacity?
Yes. Most LiTHELi models listed here use a 5.0 Ah battery capacity. This includes the 14.5-Inch, 14-Inch, and 16.5-Inch versions. The WEN 15-Inch model also uses a 5.0 Ah battery. This consistency allows you to swap batteries between compatible tools within the same voltage ecosystem.
What is the difference between the LiTHELi 14-Inch and 14.5-Inch models?
The main difference is the cutting width. The 14.5-Inch model cuts a 14.5-inch path, while the 14-Inch models cut a 14-inch path. Both use 20V brushless motors and 5.0 Ah batteries. The 14.5-Inch model offers slightly more coverage per pass. The 14-Inch models are often marketed as budget or premium options.
